      Difficult to stay on top of restock. Cannot have phone on me at all times working in the military. I consistently try to stay on top of re-stock by emailing customer service – however responses have recently ceased to happen or require a 2-3 week follow up. Last re-stock question was answered with ‘….I am not sure when we will be restocking again’. A few hours after that response there was a restock which was sold out fast. I asked customer service what happened and their response was ‘if you had been on the wait-list for the products of interest, you would have immediately received an email when product was back in stock’.

      Unfortunately, working with military equipment does not keep me near my phone or computer at all times – I would lose my job. Which is the reason why I request restock info.

      The products are very top notch. Wonderful detail and quality. The customer service however has been very difficult lately.

      Purchased item on web site only to have an item refunded without any compensation such as allowing me to order another item. Inventory awareness issue? Intaglio produces very high quality rounds.
