    Description

    Adopted on December 15, 1791, the Second Amendment of the Bill of Rights protects the right of the people to keep and bear arms. As the source of countless debates, this amendment has been saddled politically, however, time and time again the Supreme Court continues to uphold that this right belongs to individuals and is not to be infringed. George Washington himself is emblazoned on this medal with a declaration to those who would be armed in the defense of this nation, demanding discipline, which cannot be argued by any reasonable or rational person.

    • Contains: 2 oz. Troy of .999 Fine Silver
    • Obverse: George Washington Bust illuminated by a radial burst. Headed by Washington quote “A FREE PEOPLE OUGHT NOT ONLY BE ARMED, BUT DISCIPLINED” and anchored by “GEORGE WASHINGTON” flanked by stars.
    • Reverse: The verbiage of the Second Amendment incused in calligraphy onto a scroll, along with “2 Troy Ounces .999 Fine Silver,” illuminated by a radial burst.  “Headed by “BILL OF RIGHTS,” and anchored by “DECEMBER 15, 1791,” flanked by 10 stars (5 on both sides) representing a star for each of the first ten amendments.
