CHANGING / MODIFYING ORDERS
Unfortunately, our system does not let us modify or change orders in any way. We can cancel orders so that you can place a new order with the correct items and quantities, or if you see additional items you would like to buy, you can place an additional order with those items. We will combine the orders and refund a shipping charge.
COMBINING ORDERS / SHIPPING
If you place two or more orders on the same day (or weekend), we will happily combine the orders and refund the excess shipping charges.
To combine shipping, please email [email protected], and in the email’s subject line, write the word “COMBINE ORDER,” followed by the order numbers.
CAPSULES FOR OUR PRODUCTS
We do not sell capsules separately, but below are links to an online retailer that offers most of the capsules that fit our product line.
WAITLISTS AND RESTOCKING
We restock the LIMITED MINTAGE inventory based on the number of customers. The highest numbers get struck and restocked the soonest. We try to restock enough of each product to accommodate each of our customers, but these items still often sell out quickly.
ORDER ERRORS / RETURNS
We do our best to get every order right, but mistakes are made. We are here to correct any problems or issues with your order. When contacting us about an order, please put the order number in the email’s subject line, and send it to [email protected] along with a detailed description of the issue. We will respond to all emails within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends and holidays.
